TRS Green Lentils (2kg)

Green Lentils are around the same size as typical brown lentils but have more of a glossy surface. This type of lentil cooks longer than other lentils and can cook for 45 minutes before they are ready. They are unique from many other lentils in that they hold their shape well when are cooked. Because of this, they make a good choice for salads. Their texture and taste is often described as earthy.
